One marvelous place in Canary island ( Costa Calma )
The house: Casa Carlotta consists of 2 separate apartments for residential use. One is reserved for the property and the other is reserved exclusively for guests.
Guest accommodation: The size of the apartment / studio is approximately 42 square meters plus a patio / terrace of approximately 12 square meters with outdoor table and chairs and in addition to the adjoining garden of approximately 800 square meters, sun loungers are provided.
MINIMUM BOOKABLE 1 WEEK.
The kitchenette is modernly equipped for self catering (electric hob - microwave - built-in fridge and small freezer - kitchen with pots, plates, dishes, etc.).
In the living room there is also satellite TV with the reception of the most important Italian and European broadcasters and DDT to receive all Spain TV programs.
The bedroom: has a comfortable large double bed 2mt x 1.55mt (Note: in Spain standard is 2m by 1.35m) and
also here it's a large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.
In the living room one comfortable convertible sofa / bed is available for the third adult person (or for 2 children).
The bathroom: has a separate shower from the sink / toilet, you will also find a top-loading washing machine.
